Computer Tip: Artistic headlines using Microsoft Word |

| Many of us go to the trouble to buy individual
letters to spell out headlines when there are easier and cheaper ways to
make headlines with your computer. |
| Use the basic word processing program you already
own, like Microsoft Word, and simply type out the text. Or, go a step further
and enhance that test with different colors and sizes. |
| You can get even more creative by using a Microsoft
Word feature called “WordArt”. Type in and highlight your text,
then select the WordArt feature. You’ll find a wide variety of options
to choose from. It will turn your simple phrase into a well-designed, eye-catching
headline. |
