Soar Canvas

Materials needed:
5x7 canvas
ScanNCut
Cardstock
Bird stamp
Gesso
Watercolors
Archival black ink
Assorted buttons, jewels, and other dimensional accents

Instructions:
1. Draw the word that you wish to use on the canvas. Then scan into ScanNCut and cut onto desired cardstock or paper. Stamp, color, or add dimensional glaze if desired.

2. Stamp bird image and use ScanNCut machine to cut the bird out.

3. Color bird with watercolors, blending colors as desired.

4. For canvas, start by layering assorted buttons, metal embellishments, and other textured items on part of the background. Coat in gesso and allow to dry.

5. Once canvas is dry, add additional accents and color areas coated with gesso with watercolors.

6. Adhere stamped bird and word to complete the canvas project.
