Instructions:
  Making the clay embellishment:
  1. Condition polymer clay before beginning by kneading and rolling each color on your hands until the clay is soft and pliable.
  2. Mix two parts turquoise, one part cobalt blue and one-half part black to create a new color of clay that matches the cardstock.
  3. Spritz the push mold lightly with water. Press clay into the mold. Trim excess clay if necessary.
  4. To insure clean, neat edges for the molded clay- use the pad of your finger to “push” the clay away from the edges of the mold all the way around before flexing the mold and removing the embellishment.
  5.  Bake clay at 275 degrees F for thirty minutes. Allow to cool.
Assembling the page:
  1. Punch 6-8 squares from each of the three shades of cardstock and from the scenery photos.
  2. Cut strips 1/8 inch wide from the scrap cardstock. Apply re-positional adhesive to the back of each strip.
  3. Position one of the strips about two inches in from the right side of the page.
  4. Position one of the squares from step 1 at the top of the page on the right of the strip, and another on the left.
  5. Using the strips as spacers, continue adding squares to create a mosaic 3 tiles wide from top to bottom of the page. Randomly mix the scenery photo squares with the cardstock squares. For added interest, use foam tape to adhere some of the squares.
  6. Cut a piece of medium blue cardstock 5&5/8 x 9&5/8 inches. On the back, draw a line from center top to center bottom (connecting the 5& 5/8-inch sides). Use this line as a guide for the square and border punches.
  7. Mat focal photo and adhere as shown. Add baked clay embellishment to page.
  8. Use word stickers at bottom and along right edge of page.
