Materials Needed
  ScrapHappy™ Background Paper #0460 – 0477
  Scraps of colored paper
  Chalk
  Heart hand punch
  Circle hand punch
  Q-tips
  Acid-free adhesive

Instructions
  1. Trace and cut a fish pattern on a piece of yellow scrap paper.
  2. Punch a heart from a piece of red scrap paper and bubbles with the circle hand punch and blue paper.
  3. To add shape and depth to the pieces apply chalk along the edges of each shape. Use Q-tips to help control the color.
  4. Glue the heart (lips) to the fish.
Using the ScrapHappy™ background paper, apply photos, fish and bubbles to the paper with acid free adhesive. Use one of the coordinating page headers to finish your page.
Note: Here’s something else that is interesting about this particular paper. It has a handy ¼” grid. You can make all kinds of accents without time-consuming measuring. Just follow the lines on the grid to make colorful borders, photo corners and simple designs.
