Adding a little bling is a quick and easy way to add sparkle to Home Dec projects!

Instructions:

For these projects you will need:
Elmer’s® Craftbond™ Spray Adhesive
Elmer’s® Craftbond™ Fabric and Paper Glue
Elmer’s® Craftbond™ Dot Stamper
X-ACTO® Razor Trimmer
Painters® Silver CalligraphyMarker
Acrylic Frame
Chipboard letters
Silver Glitter
Mirri Card
Foam Brush
Wax Paper

1.  Color each letter silver with the silver painter. (Note:  There are many different colors of markers available so you can coordinate with any color of glitter.)

2.  Cover the surface of each letter with a generous coating of glue then sprinkle with glitter. I work on wax paper for easy clean up.  Let dry then shake off excess glitter.  Place the letters upside down on wax paper then spray with adhesive.  Adhere to front of the frame at the bottom.  (Do a “dry run” first by placing letters on frame first without adhesive to check for placement.)

3.  Cut photo to desired size then adhere to the front of the frame with the adhesive dots. Cut mirri card about 1” longer and 1” wider than your photograph. Secure to the back of the frame behind the photograph with adhesive dots.  This will give a dimensional look.

4.  Cut an additional strip of mirri card the same size as the frame and about 1” wide.  Place in the frame opening behind the letters.  (Note:  Mirri card is available in many glorious colors. Choose a school color to showcase a prom photo and print your photo in black and white for a great look.

Tip:  Use spray adhesive to attached photos to additional acrylic items!
