Materials
Needed
12 x 12 sheet of cardstock for background
2 - 8 ½ x 11 clear page protectors
for frame pockets
American flag stickers
Thin border stickers
Silver fine Mylar tinsel
Red & Blue star confetti
Foam adhesive dots
Pencil
Metal ruler
Scissors
1/8" wide tape
Acid-free adhesive
Pen for journaling
Instructions
1.
To make the confetti filled frames, measure and cut
four 7 ½" x 5 ½ " rectangles from the page
protectors. For each frame, tape two rectangles together along three
edges using narrow tape. Insert star confetti into frame and shake
around to align confetti along all edges of frame. Tape the fourth
edge closed. To hide the tape, adhere border stickers along edges.
Mount photos onto clear frames and adhere frames to 12 x 12 cardstock.
2.
Mount six flag stickers onto silver tinsel and attach
foam dot to each. Alternate tinsel adorned stickers with flat stickers
to form a vertical border on the upper left edge and lower right
edge of cardstock.
